What does this do?
Reporting Wallet card fraud helps protect your account from unauthorised transactions and initiates the process of investigating and potentially refunding fraudulent charges.
Identifying potential fraud
Regularly review your transactions in the app. If you notice any transactions you don't recognise, it could be a sign of fraud.
Cancelling your card
If you detect fraudulent transactions in your account history, cancel your card first before reporting the transaction(s) as fraudulent.
Reporting fraud
- Access your Wallet transactions.
- Select the transaction you believe to be fraudulent.
- Select “Report this as a fraudulent transaction”
- Follow the prompts to fill out the form and report fraud
Important note
If you suspect fraud, it's advisable to change your PIN and review all recent transactions carefully.
