What does this do?
Cancel salary packaging will cease all current packaging arrangements and deductions from your salary.
Accessing the “Contact us” section
Go to your profile settings, which can be found at the bottom right of your dashboard. The “Settings” text will be accompanied by a gear icon. Follow this link to access your settings, and then select “Contact us”.
Submitting queries
To submit online queries related to your salary packaging or novated leasing, select the “Submit query” option.
Requesting to cancel salary packaging
Under “Reason for contact”, complete the “I want to” option by selecting “Cancel salary packaging”. Follow the remaining prompts to provide details, then fill out the preferred contact method and comments section before choosing “Submit”.
Important note
Cancelling salary packaging may have tax implications. Consider consulting a financial advisor before making this decision.
