*All eligible vehicles must be ordered before 31/12/2025 and delivered by the 31/01/2026 (unless extended), or while stocks last. Displayed price is only available through a novated lease administered by Maxxia. Weekly costs have been determined based on the following assumptions: 1) The lease is a Maxxia fully maintained lease, 2) a 5 year term, 3) a residual value of 28.13% of the vehicle purchase price payable at the end of term, 4) Inclusion of finance and budgeted costs for: fuel or electricity, 8 replacement tyres, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration, CTP and comprehensive insurance, 5) Gross annual salary is $90,000  6) Vehicle purchased in NSW, 7) 15,000km per annum, 8) Salary Sacrifice using Employee Contribution Method (ECM) or Fringe Benefits Tax Exempt Method. The Fringe Benefits Tax Exempt Method is only used for eligible electric vehicles under the luxury car tax threshold of $91,387. The indicative price quoted for the novated lease is based on vehicle quotations Maxxia has received within the last 45 days and does not include any optional extras. Any optional extras that you choose will affect the cost of the novated lease and residual value. If you purchase the vehicle on termination of the novated lease, GST will apply on the purchase price you pay at that time. The novated lease offer is based on the assumption outlined above, and is an indicative cost approximation of the selected vehicle and model shown and the amounts may change at the time the novated lease quotation is completed and finalised. Your individual circumstances have not been taken into account as this will affect the overall weekly cost amount and the benefits of a novated lease. These specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

BYD Cashback Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Period

This cashback offer is valid for vehicle orders occurring between November 1st and December 31st 2025 and delivered by the 31st of January 2026 (Promotion Period). The cashback offer.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to retail customers who take delivery of a new in-stock BYD ATTO 3, BYD SEAL, BYD SEALION 6, BYD SEALION 7 or BYD SHARK 6 and who do not finance the purchase of the vehicle in whole or part with any promotional Angle Auto Finance product.

BYD Automotive cannot guarantee the delivery of any vehicle within the Promotion Period.

The following customers are also not eligible to participate in the $3,000 Cashback Campaign: Fleet customers, Demonstrator vehicles. Any transactions involving additional promotional offers or discounts.

3. Online ordering

Whether a customer is eligible for the Cashback Campaign will be determined by BYD Automotive once a vehicle has been allocated to the order placed by the customer. Submitting an order is considered an order request only.

Vehicle allocation is subject to availability, and your eligibility for this offer is not guaranteed until a vehicle has been allocated.

A BYD Product Specialist will contact you to confirm your allocation and eligibility once a vehicle becomes available.

4. Cashback amount

Eligible customers will receive a cashback of $3000, paid directly into their nominated bank account.

5. Application process

To claim the cashback:

The application form will be emailed to customers within 7 days of vehicle delivery.

Customers must complete and submit the official Cashback Application Form no later than March 31st, 2026.

If the Cashback Application Form is not submitted by this time the customer will not be eligible for the $3,000 Cashback.

Customers must provide their bank details, including a screenshot of their bank statement clearly displaying the BSB and Account Number as well as account name matching details on customer order.

Cashback payments will be processed within 30 days of receiving all required information.

6. Forfeiture

Failure to submit the completed Cashback Application Form by March 31st 2026, will result in automatic forfeiture of the cashback entitlement.

BYD Beyond Blue Cashback Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Period

$4,500 Cashback for Deep Sea Blue BYD SHARK 6: Valid for vehicle orders placed between November 14th and December 31st, 2025, with delivery by January 31st, 2026.

2. Eligibility

$4,500 Cashback: Available exclusively to retail customers who take delivery of a new in-stock BYD SHARK 6 in Deep Sea Blue, and who do not finance the purchase in whole or part with any promotional Angle Auto 1.88% Finance product. BYD Automotive cannot guarantee delivery within the Promotion Period.

Not eligible for either campaign:

  • Fleet customers
  • Demonstrator vehicles
  • Transactions involving additional promotional offers or discounts
  • Customers who purchased any other model or colour SHARK 6

3. Online Ordering

Terms & Conditions - Beyond Blue $200 Donation (BLUE Shark Deliveries)

1. Donation Commitment

For every BLUE Shark vehicle delivered by EVDealer Group, a donation of $200 AUD will be made to Beyond Blue.

2. About Beyond Blue

Beyond Blue (ABN 87 093 865 840) is an Australian mental health and wellbeing support organisation. EVDealer Group supports Beyond Blue; however, EVDealer Group is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Beyond Blue.

3. Eligibility

A donation is triggered only upon the successful delivery of a BLUE Shark vehicle to a customer.

Cancelled orders, undelivered vehicles, or colour changes to non-blue variants do not qualify for the donation.

4. Donation Timing

Donations will be processed at the end of the campaign period based on the number of eligible BLUE Shark deliveries completed within that time frame.

5. Reporting & Transparency

EVDealer Group may publish the total number of qualifying deliveries and total donations made to Beyond Blue for promotional or transparency purposes. Individual customer details will not be shared.

6. Promotion Period

This initiative is for vehicle orders placed between November 14th and December 31st, 2025, with delivery by January 31st, 2026.

EVDealer Group reserves the right to amend, pause, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Donations accrued prior to any change will still be honoured.

7. Limitation of Liability

EVDealer Group is not responsible for any issues, outcomes, or services associated with Beyond Blue. This initiative is charitable in nature and does not alter the terms of sale of any vehicle.
