Weekly costs have been determined based on the following assumptions: 1) The lease is a Maxxia fully maintained lease, 2) a 5 year term, 3) a residual value of 28.13% of the vehicle purchase price payable at the end of term, 4) Inclusion of finance and budgeted costs for: fuel or electricity, 8 replacement tyres, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration, CTP and comprehensive insurance, 5) Gross annual salary is $90,000  6) Vehicle purchased in NSW, 7) 15,000km per annum, 8) Salary Sacrifice using Employee Contribution Method (ECM) or Fringe Benefits Tax Exempt Method. The Fringe Benefits Tax Exempt Method is only used for eligible electric vehicles under the luxury car tax threshold of $91,661. The indicative price quoted for the novated lease is based on vehicle quotations Maxxia has received within the last 45 days and does not include any optional extras. Any optional extras that you choose will affect the cost of the novated lease and residual value. If you purchase the vehicle on termination of the novated lease, GST will apply on the purchase price you pay at that time. The novated lease offer is based on the assumption outlined above, and is an indicative cost approximation of the selected vehicle and model shown and the amounts may change at the time the novated lease quotation is completed and finalised. Your individual circumstances have not been taken into account as this will affect the overall weekly cost amount and the benefits of a novated lease. These specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Terms & Conditions on GWM ORA $1,500 Customer Benefit & Complimentary 7kW Wall Charger Offer

1. Offer Period

This offer is valid for vehicle orders placed between 1 July 2026 and 30 August 2026 and delivered on or before 30 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility

Available exclusively to retail customers who purchase and take delivery of a new GWM ORA 5 SUV through an eligible participating novated lease provider during the Promotion Period.

Not eligible for this offer:

  • Fleet customers
  • Demonstrator vehicles
  • Government or rental vehicles

Transactions involving additional promotional offers, discounts or incentives unless otherwise approved by GWM Australia

Vehicle availability is subject to stock and supply constraints. GWM Australia cannot guarantee delivery within the Promotion Period.

3. Customer Benefit

Eligible customers will receive a $1,500 customer benefit on the purchase of a new GWM ORA 5 SUV.

The $1,500 customer benefit:

  • Is funded by GWM Australia.
  • Is provided as either a cashback, dealer discount, or included in the driveaway price.
  • Is not redeemable for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged or substituted.

4. Complimentary 7kW Wall Charger Offer

Eligible customers who purchase a new GWM ORA 5 SUV through an eligible participating novated lease provider and take delivery on or before 30 September 2026 will receive a complimentary 7kW wall charger.

Conditions of the charger offer:

  • The complimentary 7kW wall charger is funded by GWM Australia.
  • Limited to one (1) wall charger per eligible vehicle purchased.
  • The wall charger will be supplied with the vehicle at delivery or arranged for delivery directly to the customer by the supplying GWM dealer.
  • The wall charger has a recommended retail price of $599 including GST.
  • Installation is not included. Any installation, electrical works, permits or associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The offer is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
  • Available only while stocks last at participating GWM dealers.

5. Vehicle Orders and Delivery

Submitting an order does not guarantee vehicle availability.

Eligibility will be confirmed once:

  • A vehicle has been allocated to the customer's order.
  • All offer requirements have been met.
  • Delivery occurs within the Promotion Period.
  • Vehicle allocation remains subject to stock availability.

6. General Conditions

GWM Australia reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of any customer or transaction.
  • Refuse claims that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Amend, extend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
  • The offer is available only at participating GWM dealers in Australia and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly approved by GWM Australia.

7. Liability

GWM Australia is not liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred in connection with:

  • Delays in vehicle delivery.
  • Delays in charger supply.
  • Charger installation costs.
  • Any third-party services associated with the charger installation or operation.
