How long have you been with Maxxia/RemServ, and what brought you to the company?
I joined Maxxia in July 2022, having worked in salary packaging since 2019 after a long career in the automotive industry. Moving into novated leasing let me use my skills in a new way to deliver real value to clients. I was drawn to Maxxia’s strong reputation and market leadership.
What does your role involve, and what do you enjoy most about it?
As Regional Manager for Client Relationships in the Northern Region, I manage key clients across NSW, QLD, ACT, and NT, leading a team of Relationship Managers and Associates. I focus on strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and growth. What I enjoy most is helping clients strengthen their employee benefits programs while developing my team and seeing them succeed.
How do organisations benefit from a best-practice approach to employee benefits?
Salary packaging and novated leasing can enhance an organisation’s Employee Value Proposition by potentially increasing an employees’ disposable income and improving engagement and retention. For many employers, these programs can be cost-effective, support compliance, reduce admin burdens, and help attract and retain talent.
What common challenges do you help clients solve?
We often help clients boost awareness and understanding of benefits programs, making complex offerings simple through education and support. We also help consolidate multiple providers into a single, streamlined solution to improve efficiency, support compliance, and employee experience.

Rising living costs mean employees value benefits that deliver real financial impact. Flexible options like salary packaging and novated leasing, along with tax-exempt EV leasing and tech-enabled benefit platforms, are increasingly important for attracting and retaining talent.

I’m proud of my leadership journey here, with opportunities for secondments and promotions that have grown my skills and perspective. The supportive culture and talented people I work with make these achievements possible.
What was your first job, and what did you learn from it?
At 13, I worked at Lenard’s Chicken, eventually managing a store. The experience taught me reliability, hard work, loyalty, and that good leadership means never asking someone to do what you wouldn’t do yourself.
What inspires you outside of work?
My kids inspire me every day. Their curiosity and drive remind me to keep learning and creating opportunities—for them, for others, and in my professional life.
