How do I start packaging?
You could be eligible to package a range of great benefits - potentially increasing your disposable income by packaging everyday expenses including mortgage or rent, utility bills and groceries, and work-related expenses and luxuries like meal entertainment and venue hire, and even a shiny new car via a novated lease.

How do I change my package?
The easiest way to amend your packaging arrangement is to request a change by logging in to your Maxxia Online account. Once logged in, click on the 'Make a Change' link and select 'Make a change to my package' as your reason for contact. Then, simply choose from either:
- Add a new benefit to my package
- Remove an existing benefit and add a new one
- Remove a benefit in my package
- Change deduction for a benefit in my package
Once you've completed the remaining details, press 'Submit'.
How can I change my budget?
You can request a change to your budget via Maxxia Online or the Maxxia App. If you are using Maxxia Online, please use the 'Contact' option from the dashboard to submit a change for your package. If you are using the Maxxia App, from the menu bar please select 'Support' then select 'Contact us' to submit a request for change.
My Account FAQ
How do I find my User ID?
If you have forgotten or lost your User ID (username) and password you can click on the Forgot your user ID? option to have your User ID sent to your email address, and create a new password. New password will require an UPPER CASE and lower case letter as well as a number and be a minimum of eight characters long.
How do I make a claim?
There are multiple options when you want to submit a claim. The simplest way is to submit a claim online using our secure customer portal, Maxxia Online, and selecting the Claims option. Claim forms may also be downloaded from within Maxxia Online.
You can also use our Maxxia Claims App to submit a claim directly from your smartphone. When submitting a claim, a valid tax invoice and proof of payment (when a reimbursement) must be attached as substantiation.
How do I set up a user account?
Before you can use Maxxia Online, you must first register for it. Please click on the 'Register Now' button to begin the registration process. You'll be asked to enter the email address registered to your account. An email with a link to Maxxia Online and details of your user ID will be sent to you, and you'll be required to enter a new password. Registration will not be validated until an SMS code has been submitted.
I would like a statement.
To download a statement log into Maxxia Online and click on the Statements option within the Your Account section, and a range of statements will be available for you to view and download. Alternatively you may call one of our consultants on 1300 123 123 for assistance.
What is my account balance?
You can check your account balance on the Maxxia app or Maxxia Online. Simply login and your account balance will be available to view.
What is the status of my payment?
You can view the status of your payments on the Maxxia app or Maxxia Online.
If you're using the app, you'll need to login, select the menu option (that's the three parallel lines on the top left corner of the screen) and select ‘Claims’ tile.
If you're using Maxxia Online, you'll need to login, click on 'Your Account' and look under 'Scheduled Payments'.
How do I update my bank details?
Bank details are easily changed. After logging into Maxxia Online, click on your name (found at the top right corner of the page) and select Profile.
A range of options will be presented to you. Click on the Bank accounts tab. Current bank account details saved on your account will be displayed. To update an account click on the Update bank details button and enter the new bank account details on the resultant page.
You'll be asked to select which benefit this bank account applies to and then, for your security, click on the Get SMS Code button. A security code will be sent by SMS to the mobile number we have recorded for you on our system (this can be checked on the Personal Details tab). If you did not receive the SMS code, wait for 3 to 5 mins before requesting for another one.
If you are using the App select the menu option (that's the thee parallel lines on the top left corner of the screen), then select Profile, then Bank Account.
The SMS with the security code should be received within a couple of minutes, and will remain valid for 15 minutes. Once received, enter the code and Submit. Your bank details will update overnight. If you did not receive the SMS code, wait for 3 to 5 mins before requesting for another one.
I would like to see transactions.
You can view and filter through your transactions on the Maxxia app.
You'll need to login, swipe right and tap on 'Transactions'. You can also access your transactions by tapping on the chevron in the 'Available Balance' tile on your dashboard.
Novated Leasing FAQ
What is a novated lease?
A novated lease could be a great way to get into a great car. Basically, a car is leased in your name, via your employer, and all your repayments and running costs - including fuel, maintenance, insurance and registration - are bundled into regular, potentially tax-effective payroll deductions. How does my novated lease budget work?
Before you commence your lease we'll chat with you on how you plan to use your vehicle. We will use that information to estimate your running costs, factoring in your vehicle and location, and help you set up a separate budget for each of the items you wish to package. As your lease progresses, we can help ensure your expenditure lines up with your budget, and make any adjustment recommendations. You can also contact us at any time to discuss or request changes to your budget.
How do I claim for fuel?
Fuel expense can be claimed and reimbursed under the terms of your novated lease.
Simply submit a claim via Maxxia Online or the Maxxia App, along with your fuel receipts, and we'll process a reimbursement to your nominated account (contingent on available balance).
