What is the Visa Salary Packaging Payment Card used for?
Your Visa Salary Packaging Payment Card may be used for everyday living expenses, such as groceries, utility payments, travel and clothing, where Visa is accepted.
How do I use it?
It's as simple as using a credit card. When making a purchase, swipe the card, select ‘credit’ and sign the ‘merchant receipt’ copy to authorise the transaction.
How do I get one?
If you are a health or charity employee we offer you the convenience of a salary packaging payment card when you join us.
If you would like an additional card, simply download another application form from this website. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Care Centre on 1300 123 123.
There are no fees charged for an additional card.
What does it cost?
The fee for participation in the Salary Packaging program is set out in your employer’s Salary Packaging Policy. There is no additional fee for the Salary Packaging Payment Card.
Remember, your administration fees can be paid with pre-tax dollars.
How do I check my card balance?
There are three ways you can check your balance:
- Use the automated ANZ Phone Banking service. To register for this service, call ANZ on 1800 304 317 and have your password ready. (Your security code acts as your password. This is located on your Card Registration Form in the security code field, below your surname).
- Call ANZ on 1800 304 317 to speak to a Customer Care Consultant 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Visit this website and enter your user ID and password.
Please note balances accessed via the Internet and Phone Banking will reflect balances as at midnight on the previous night.
We recommend that you check your balance regularly.
What should I do if my Visa Salary Packaging Payment Card is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen cards must be reported to ANZ by calling 1800 304 317. A replacement card will be issued within five business days.
