How can I access my account?

 

You can view your account on this website by entering your User ID and password in the Login section found on every page on the far right of the menu bar.

 

 

How can I make changes to my account?

 

If you would like to change any of your arrangements simply give us a call on 1300 123 123 and we’ll do the rest.

 

 

Can I add another authorised person to my account?

 

Yes you can authorise your partner or a family member to make changes to your account on your behalf. Simply give us a call on 1300 123 123 and we’ll send you an authorisation form to complete.

 

 

Where do I find an application form or claim form?

 

Your Welcome Kit will have copies of application forms or claims forms. These can be kept as master copies and photocopied whenever you need to use one. Alternatively, you can download more forms from the Account Login section of this website, or call 1300 123 123 and we’ll send you some via email or post.
