How does the fuel card work?
We make paying for petrol easy with our range of fuel cards – just fill up, then present your card to the service station attendant and you're ready to go. You just need to make sure you have sufficient funds in your novated lease account to pay for your expenses.
Each month the fuel card supplier will invoice Maxxia for fuel and other approved expenses that you have incurred. We will then make the payment directly to the fuel company from your novated lease account.
Can I use my fuel card with any other car?
No, your fuel card can only be used to purchase fuel for your leased vehicle. If you do accidentally use the card with the wrong car the provider may cancel the card.
What happens if I lose my fuel card?
If your fuel card is lost or stolen, please call Maxxia on 1300 123 123 (8.00am-7.00pm EST) and report your missing card immediately. We will cancel the missing card and send you a replacement card.
